Gender Affirming Assessments
In order to access some forms of gender affirming care, it is required that you receive a letter of support from a therapist. We have a number of therapists qualified to perform assessments and provide these letters. In order to be booked in with one of our clinicians, use this form to get started. An assessment for Hormone Replacement Therapy is usually 2-3 sessions and we charge a flat rate of $350
An assessment for Surgery is usually 2-3 sessions and we charge a flat rate of $450
